Join Chris for this live Qigong Class. It is open to everyone, whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced practitioner.
The stagnation of our energetic and physical system creates a wide array of health issues, from physical to emotional.
Daily stress and the stagnation of our life-force is responsible for most of the illnesses we experience today. Add in the overstimulation from technology, and before we know it we are incredibly disconnected from our embodied intelligence, locked in our head, exhausted yet wired.
This class is to support absolute circulation, flow, and relieving of our entire system.
The flow of this class will begin with some foundational Qigong principles in order for you to receive the greatest benefit from the movements. It will open up into a warm-up phase, followed by a circulatory phase. There will be a warm-down and integration included. This is a very potent Qigong style which will engage and call on your entire body.
The flow which Chris will guide you through, is the flow he uses personally as a part of his own daily practices. Those who have signed up to the online qigong video course will be very familiar with many of the movements shown. The class will commence with meditation and integration.
Chris will be energetically transmitting to you throughout the entire practice, which is why even seasoned practitioners report even more sensations of energy, opening, and release while attending a class. The heightened vibratory rate can be incredibly supportive in unlocking and reaching higher levels of energetic ability.
