The Perfect Diet & Eggs

For the most part, I generally keep any conversation on foods & diet strictly for in-person gatherings, as the online world is a bit more mob-mentality, where everyone is a qualified everything. This makes intelligent conversation challenging at best.


I would like to preface by stating - I do not adhere to any specific diet, but I guess you could say that my bodies leanings and requests are mostly “vegan”; for the sake of labelling - Alive, raw, high vibratory foods, mixed with some denser foods to keep ones feet on the ground.

Diet is a deep and hugely interwoven topic, which I could not fully go into on such a limited platform, as it could be harmful if not received correctly. But for today, I shall share a few things. The first being…

EGGS!

Eggs, are one of the most powerful foods on the planet! (Insert fear-mongering cholesterol propaganda here.)

Unfortunately they have been the victim of so much unwarranted abuse, where the scientific community changes its mind every few years and total reverses its opinion on them. They are good, then they are bad, but now they are good again. Wait a minute, are they bad again? How on earth can people trust such blatant confusion. Its like a drunk ex-boyfriend trying to convince you why this time things will be different. But alas, I’m veering.

Egg!!

It is an elixir - A tonic.

Well sourced eggs from healthy chickens who do not smoke crack, and who are not addicted to social media, are deeply resonant and tonifying for our Jing (sexual essence), Hormones, Shen, Yin, Fluids, Brain & Blood. They are one of the most energetically dense, nutrient-packed sources of nourishment for our physical/energetic balance on the planet, when consumed purposefully.

They are also used medicinally in Traditional Chinese Medicine as a part of treatment protocols based on their power.

The issue we face is within the current levels of brainwashing. Allow me to sidetrack for a moment.

Many people now want to eat only “high vibes” from whichever utterly biased plant-based documentary happens to be on Netflix this week - Which is great, dont get me wrong. I eat plants everyday. They are incredibly powerful and absolutely essential in all forms to our healthy functioning. The issue comes when balance is neglected, and an individual ends up going too far right, sacrificing their grounded connection to their primal-self, in search of the healthiest & rawest vibes - collapsing their solar plexus fire, and ruining their health. I see it happen, consistently.

Whether a spiritual seeker likes it or not, as long as they are here, they are living within the physical realm, and that must also be fed and supported along with spirit.

As individuals, we all react to certain foods differently - Where a certain type can be of huge support to one person, while landing another in hospital.

I hope the days of reading “this and that study” on what we should and shouldn’t eat is coming to an end, because it is causing people to blindly sacrifice their health for the next best trend.

If intelligence stepped in, that day would vanish, because if we were to examine history, we would realise that for the most part science has absolutely no clue what your perfect diet is. It merely speculates. It also happens to be funded and in bed with the money machine.

As far as I know, science has not even managed to measure spirit or life-force yet? You can do that yourself, in a split second, without even leaving your bed. Who you gonna trust? Them, or you?

I know of strict vegans who died young, despite all the kale, and I also know people like my grandmother who lived until almost 100, on a diet of meat, potatoes and vegetables. Along with steady alcohol and cake consumption. And she was vibrant until the end. The medicine they decided to force on her is what killed her, damaging her reflex to swallow food. From there on, it was down-hill for her.

When its your time, its your time. That final shot of wheatgrass isn’t going to save your ass. Know that. Health is about so much more than just what you eat. But its a good start.

The greatest place to begin to understand what you as an individual should consume for health, is by going through a complete detox, so you can purge all the addictive toxins which have been accumulating inside you, directing your craving patterns. Then you arrive back to center - A place of embodied intelligence.

I have witnessed people go fully raw, fruitarian, and all these other diet fads which a person is usually able to ride out for a few months(in some cases years) before the real damage starts to present itself. I have observed the absolute detriment as they become more and more fragile - without the ground. Further starving the physical, in the name of health.

The physical & spiritual must be harmonised to continue evolving in a healthy manner. Without ever sacrificing one for the other.

Being too die-hard in anything is dangerous, as it will never bring harmony or balance. In order to be all about the right, you gotta totally resist the left(in many cases fearing it, hating it). But the left is also a part of you which is being ignored. A part of you which exists and needs nourishment for you to be complete.

But lets not go to deep in that direction today, as I’m here to talk about eggs, the gross things that come out of chickens butts, from a medicinal / conscious standpoint.

In my Chinese Medicine background I have seen the potency which resides in this beautifully concentrated dollop of jing, and how it should be respected and utilised when appropriate.

The miraculous things I have witnessed prescribing this tonic to clients dealing with certain difficult health issues would be in many instances unbelievable. Such as a woman who was experiencing thinning falling hairs, crippling headaches, depression and a whole host of other symptoms after childbirth - all symptoms almost immediately reversed with a daily egg prescription. Or the man who had zero libido, insomnia, and felt ill for days after ejaculating, even with his plant-based diet full of goji berries, bee pollen, and nuts - almost instant reversal of symptoms upon egg intake, with steady improvement.

So, based on everything I shared, I guess one would assume I eat eggs everyday? - Well you´d be wrong… 🙂

Its something worth researching and experimenting with yourself. If you are having health problems right now, what do you have to lose in giving it a try?(except your plant-based badge). If the thought of it instils fear and resistance in you based on your current dietary commitments, then you my dear have been brainwashed out of your most sacred gift - your willingness to experiment and play with life. In that case, your rigidity will kill you way before the egg.

We are made both of the heavens, and the earth. The light and the dark. The above and the below. Our truest health needs high frequency AND denser frequency. But right now, a whole bunch of people are running away from the dense, simply because they have only ever seen the detrimental results of an abusive and unconscious relationship with its intake.

Balance Is everything!

Stop eating so many animal products you will become ill.

Stop eating so many papayas, you will become ill.

Stop drinking too much water, you will become ill.

Harmonise! Balance. Respect life, in all its frequencies.

Realise that your own unconscious, undisciplined & fear-based choices are whats creating your ill health. Nothing else.

​Today, I wanted to share something a bit different, as there are a whole scope of things I do not speak to very much in these little sharings. But every now and again its nice to take a break from talking about va-jay-jays and willies. I didn’t even have to talk about presence - Praise da laaaawd! Practical advice: Raw or boiled egg. Never fried.
