Is Exercise Killing You?

Yesterday I walked past the window of a female spin-class, and my heart sank a little - How our lack of collective intelligence brings such harm to the community, and what it strives for.

One of these days, I hope, the collective will wake up to a point of realising that standard forms of exercise and working-out is actually causing immense health issues for those involved, rapidly shutting down the individuals life-force circulation; Resulting in stiffness, limited range of movement, hard restricted fascia, overworked heart tissue, and a whole range of internal dis-ease patterns which emerge gradually, creating chronic health issues, and a deep internal fatigue over time.

People get harder, more numb, and sicker.

The way we view health MUST change for our collective empowerment to expand. But for this to happen, we must gain an understanding of what we are, how we function, and how to support the electrical current which supports our life here.

People proudly share their gym selfies, and their "toned, tight & ripped" bodies, as if it is something to celebrate. You are literally chewing yourself up, in the name of health. I aint clapping for that.

A hard body is NOTHING to celebrate!

It is the entirely opposite sight of what good-health looks like. You have been duped.

For those who understand the energetics, we only see grave stagnation, jing-exhaustion, and a cutting-off of the main energy vortexes within the body. Fascial rigamortis & numbness overtaking - Lifelessness ensuing.

People say when they work-out, they feel better. Yes, kind of...let me explain.

You see, when you work-out hard, you throw away much of your energy and tighten/exhaust your muscular system. Your body then attempts to save you by releasing a bunch of intoxicating hormones.

After a work-out you are spent, which means your mind no longer has the available energy to overthink. If you struggle to be grounded and at ease in your life, now you feel you can relax, as your life-force has been drained. This is not really relaxation...it is exhaustion. There is a BIG difference.

- Relaxation, you must learn.

Many people work-out to runaway from, escape and avoid feeling their emotional pains, stresses and emotional traumas. It does not treat anything, and is entirely temporary - Leaving you vibrantly worse-off than before you started.

The result of your "self-punishment in the name of health"(which is utterly ridiculous to even begin with) is that now you feel LESS of whatever you were attempting to run from before you started - and many people equate that with feeling better.

At this point I want to clarify that I am not supporting a sedentary life of sitting on the couch eating candy. Far from it! What I am supporting is a relaxed and energised life.

If there is one thing I have come to overstand in the past 15 years of exploring and working with energies, it is that we are POLAR beings! Without utter respect and devotion to this law, we facilitate internal and external dis-ease, by default.

Our health and state of aliveness is in direct correlation with how open and receptive our body is, on all levels, to the polar currents. Our circuit can only flow un-impeded through open receptive tissues and fascia.

I always invite people to put down the high intensity straining, and instead begin working more consciously and lovingly with the body to support its healthy energetic and physical alignment.

This can be done via a wide range of energy exercises such as Qigong, Tai Chi, and stretching - Stretching is so very important. A loose body is so very important.

For deeper forms of exercise to build the body holistically, I recommend FUN activities such as swimming in the ocean, rock climbing/tree climbing, Slack-lining, squatting, dancing, cartwheeling in the park, being in thick waves of multiple orgasms, present love-making for hours.(dancing and full-body multiple orgasms ESPECIALLY for women is deeply nourishing to her water & expression.)

All of these activities are naturally integrative on the whole, and supports both the yin and the yang - The minus and the plus.

Be outdoors. Be in nature. As much as possible. If you live in a city...be in nature even more, as you sure as hell need it. Make it a priority. Or dont...its up to you!

Id like to finish by mentioning the food you consume and how you consume it will also have a huge impact on your overall level of health.

Begin the process of connecting deeper with your body to really figure out what it needs - Such as eating less dead/ dense foods like animal flesh, and eating more alive/higher vibratory foods like fruits and vegetables.

The key to anything you do in this life, is to do it with a loving awareness of self, and to truly listen to your own body. This, is your blueprint.

Whether you agree or disagree, do with it what you will, and I wish for you an existence full of health, happiness, aliveness and loving abundance.

Much love,
Chris Bale

do you agree with "it's not the thing but the place it's coming from" with exercise? like still doing things like running or weight lifting, but from a much more present and loving space as opposed to leaving yourself to your mind as you endure the masochistic mood alterer in search of temporary relief when it's over

Qigong and TaiChi might be good, if done right. There are a lot of people, even teachers that lack basic understandings of how to use the body and don't feel when they do it wrong.
