My diet is dictated by what my body asks me for and pulls me towards. “What’s good for me is not good for you” - well, not in every case at least. This of course can only be trusted after you have water fasted, ridding yourself of sugar addiction and parasites etc. otherwise they will make your food choices for you, in order to feed their own addiction through you. I eat for energy. Vibration. But I also eat for my physicality when needed. I am not a vegan ,but my body never asks me to consume dairy, cheese or meat . My body asks me to eat fish sometimes. And on suuuuper rare occasions, it will tell me to eat an egg. My eating schedule is down to my body. Yesterday I ate 2 times. The day before, once. The day before that, not at all. This, is more so to feed my maleness. Which brings me to my next point...one of the reason men walk around so feminized is because of the foods they ingest. Hormone and antibiotic filled meats. Processed sugars. Chips. Pastas. BEER 🍺. Beer is one of the most silent causes. It is seen as a manly thing, but it is pumping you full of more female hormones than you may be aware of, including huge amounts of a hormone women produce while going through menopause. Alcohol in general is brutal for your penis and prostate health. Gentlemen, when you are eating, eat for your penis. You must feed your penis. Otherwise little boy blue go bye-bye real soon. I work with men in their 20s...who have eaten so poorly, their penis has nothing to utilize anymore. It’s dead. But thankfully, you can revive yourself. The same also goes for women. So many libido, menstrual, and health issues are coming from the hormone laced foods you consume. Don’t be a vegan. Please. For the love of god. We already have way too many of those people, who look like death. Be someone who knows themselves, and eats accordingly. Who loves themselves, and eats accordingly. Who respects all forms of life, accordingly. I eat for me. You should eat for you.
