Men, it is so profoundly important that you can come back to a place of full expression. Do what you must to begin allowing your truth flow out of your mouth proudly, making no apology for it.
It is deeply important that a man can come to a place of total authenticity in his expression, especially when it comes to his relating with the feminine.
Such a common thing I see in men (and with myself in the past) is the throat area being totally shut down and restricted, due to fear.
He has been told to be a good boy his entire life. To shut up. To be polite, to be nice and well behaved, to do good-by everyone else, except for himself.
Through these years of total domestication, the mans individual truth is brought to a screeching halt. No longer does he allow his wild free-flowing natural expression roll out of his mouth. No longer is he purposeful and direct in his expression. For most, the last time they moved in alignment, was as a young child.
The grown up male comes to the point of learning how to keep a wraps on himself, fuelled by heavy amounts of guilt and shame for being born with a penis. For all the things he wants to do as a man. For following his desires. For following his love.
On top of that, he sees the growing hatred towards male sexuality in public, based on what some very sick man-boys have done to some very unfortunate women. He allows this define his own maleness. So when he meets women, he hides. He lies. He pretends. He runs away from his natural sex energy, which is responding to the beautiful women in front of him.
He becomes ashamed for feeling attracted to her. He withers away more, Rather than directly communicating just how much he appreciates her gorgeous femininity.
Men, it is so profoundly important that you can come back to a place of full expression.
Do what you must to begin allowing your truth flow out of your mouth proudly, making no apology for it. As long as your intentions are of love (for self, and for others), then you have nothing to be worried about. Once you, as a man, begin to speak your truth aloud, you must realise that some people will NOT like it. They will project all of what they think you are upon you. This, is fine. You must stop taking things personally, for it really has nothing to do with you.
