This evening an old friend of mine handed me a beer. I shook my head and told him "I dont drink alcohol"...
He asked me why not?
"Because, right now, I am drunker than anyone in this bar", I said... "and that is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I am drunk constantly."
"I walk-wobble drunk. I move drunk. I speak drunk. I feel drunk. I am completely intoxicated."
"I am drunker than anyone in this room. So much so, that It can be infuriating for anyone who needs to control the situation around me."
You can drink all the alcohol you want, and take all the drugs you want. I have been there, done that (excessively) and gotten all the t-shirts...but you will just continue to get more and more unconscious, numb, and poisoned. You will become a dent in yourself.
I choose to be drunk on consciousness. I choose to be drunk on life-energy. High as a fucking kite. This is in no way just an idea or a concept. The drunk I speak of is a deeply visceral/ physical felt-sense experience. I am drunk.
It is deeply intoxicating. It moves me, rather than me moving it.
Its the most exilerating ride you can ever be courageous enough to fully experience. Although unlike alcohol, or other drugs, it lasts as long as you want it to, you can continue to get drunker, while becoming more awake, and it nourishes and feeds your evolution...without poisoning and tricking you.
What are you attempting to use to set yourself free? Is it the ocean of life you are swimming in? Or is it something that is thieving you from yourself, making you sick in the process?
Choosing to come back to your nature via an overwhelming sensitivity, will have you so open to the energy flowing through you, that life will move you the way life wants to move you. This will, in no way, be in alignment with how your mind thinks things should be.
But...theres the catch. Are you courageous enough to go with life. To be with life. To trust life? To be utterly drunk on life?
Its delicious AF!
